Yide Technology 690V Series Smart Capacitor is a new generation reactive power compensation device with high efficiency and energy saving, reduced line loss and improved power factor and power quality of 0.66kV low voltage power grid. It consists of intelligent measurement and control unit, zero-crossing switching unit, protection unit and low-voltage filter power capacitor. 4.Terminal block arrangement and definition
The terminal of the product is divided into the power terminal and the measuring and controlling terminal, which are placed at the rear of the product. The power terminal is: “UA.UB.UC.UN”, and the measuring and controlling terminal is used for plugging and unplugging, which is convenient for on-site debugging and exchange. There are “RJ1, RJ2, 1, 2, 3” serial number marks on the product, and should be fully paid attention when wiring or exchange.

1. Product wiring requirements
Product and power supply connection wire specifications:
One wiring: power cord, full standard multi-core copper wire;
Secondary wiring: external indicator cable, connected to the controller;
Data line: data line and current signal line between products;
Grounding wire: The product is connected to the external grounding terminal and uses a single-strand copper wire.

2, electrical wiring requirements
2.1 The power cord is made as shown in the figure: The power cord must be tightened and the power cord must be pulled hard to prove that it is very strong. Otherwise, it will cause excessive heat and damage the product.
2.2 Wiring of controller and product: The secondary wiring needs to be connected from the first or last external 485 port in the cabinet product to the corresponding controller 485 port, as shown in the figure:
2.3 When there is an external indicator light, select the appropriate voltage level status indicator according to the capacitor model. The total capacitor indicator light is 660V; the sub-fill capacitor indicator is 380V, and the common capacitor terminals 1 and 3 are respectively connected with an indicator light. The other end of the capacitor must be connected to the power supply UB; the capacitor terminals 1, 2, and 3 are respectively connected to the indicator light, and the other end of the lamp must be connected to the neutral line UN (the product indicators cannot be short-circuited, and one lamp cannot be used together).
2.4 Product and product networking and current signal acquisition line, using the plug-in data line configured by the company.
2.5 The grounding wire terminal is on the front of the product (with the mark). The grounding wire connection should be very reliable and should be connected to the external grounding terminal.
